The Music of ‘Game of Thrones’ Heads to KeyArena

There’s never enough content to satisfy the massive army of diehard Game of Thrones fans. They’d be all over a GoT theme park, Game of Thrones Go app, or—and I know this is an absurdly unrealistic idea—a new A Song of Ice and Fire book. But for now, a concert will have to do. And no, we’re not talking about one of Hodor’s DJ sets (though he is coming to town this week[1]) or the cast writing a musical[2].We’re talking about the newly announced Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience.

The musical Game of Thrones extravaganza features a full orchestra and choir (plus soloists) performing the gripping scores of Game of Thrones composer Ramin Djawadi on a set worthy of an arena, while a massive video screen takes concertgoers on a visual tour of Westeros and Essos (via footage from the show and new digital imagery). Join the hordes of other Seattle GoT nerds (and probably more than a few Khaleesi cosplayers) when the Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience stops at KeyArena on March 31.

Tickets for the Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience go on sale this Saturday, August 13 at 10am via Ticketmaster[3]. Seats cost $36–$96.
