Third quarter update: Jordan Mason is back on the sideline with the team and has his helmet, but Isaac Guerendo took the snaps on the first series of the third quarter.
Halftime update: As the 49ers went to the locker room at halftime, head coach Kyle Shanahan told NBC that they’ll see if Mason will be able to come back in the second half. He didn’t offer any more than that, but it seems likely Mason underwent some additional exams to determine the extent of the injury.
