Two victims were transported to the hospital and are expected to survive, according to Washington State Patrol.
The Washington State Patrol said a trooper saw a vehicle driving the wrong way going eastbound on westbound State Route 16 at around 2:21 a.m. Sunday.
The trooper attempted to stop the vehicle but it continued onto I-5 driving southbound on the northbound lanes. Washington State Patrol said the vehicle struck another car head-on just north of the 56th St. overpass.
