SEATTLE — A woman is in the hospital after being shot during a robbery in Seattle’s Chinatown International District late Sunday night.
The Seattle Police Department (SPD) said officers were called to the 600 block of South Jackson Street just before midnight for a reported robbery.
Upon arrival, police said they found an adult woman with a gunshot wound to her abdomen. Aid was provided at the scene and the woman was transported to Harborview Medical Center in “serious but stable” condition.
