Court records reveal new details of how Mesa police and federal officials identified the suspect.
MESA, Ariz. — The suspect accused of setting fire to a Tesla Cybertruck at a Mesa dealership early Monday morning was arrested after investigators allegedly discovered pieces of evidence in his van, records show.
Ian Moses, 35, was taken into custody after law enforcement officials responded to a fire at the Tesla dealership near Southern Avenue and Sossaman Road. Officers also found the word “THEIF” spray-painted on the wall of the dealership.
