Two Washington athletes nabbed medals at the Paris Paralympics in the women’s 100-meter race on Thursday, Sept. 5.
Sprinter Taylor Swanson, of Spokane, placed second in the 100-meter T37 final with a time of 13.19. Jaleen Roberts, of Kent, placed third in the women’s 100-meter with a time of 13.29. Wen Xiaoyan of China won gold.
