STANWOOD, Wash. — Children in Ukraine are entering their third consecutive Christmas during wartime.
While they should be searching the skies for Santa’s sleigh, they are instead searching for missiles and fighter jets.
In Stanwood, volunteers are working to give those children a glimmer of hope as Christmas day approaches.
It has become a holiday tradition of sorts at Stanwood Four Square Church.
