The Virginia Inn Restaurant and Bar, located at the corner of 1st Avenue and Virginia Street, has a history dating back to 1903. It will close its doors on Sunday, April 27, a Facebook post announced.
In the post, the business said negotiations with its landlord Pike Place Market PDA over a new lease had broken down.
