On Saturday, a judge found probable cause to charge the SUV’s 30-year-old driver with one count of felony hit-and-run and driving with a suspended license.
TUKWILA, Wash. — Shirley Miller was sitting in the passenger seat of her blue Subaru on Friday as her husband drove northbound on Interstate 5. As they drove under an overpass in Tukwila, a black SUV fell onto the roadway right in front of them.
Miller said she is grateful to be alive.
