Two Navy pilots doing flyover for Washington-Michigan game in Seattle are UW alums

It is a dream come true for Cullinan and Quam to participate in a flyover for UW.

SEATTLE — Before the University of Washington Huskies take on the University of Michigan Wolverines in a rematch of last season’s National Championship Game on Saturday, two proud UW alums will take to the sky and fly over Husky Stadium in F35-Cs, the Navy’s most stealth fighter jets. 

Lt. Brian Cullinan and Lt. Andrew Quam are both graduates from UW’s ROTC program and are now Naval aviators in the same squadron, VFA-97 based at NAS Lemoore in California.
