SEATTLE — A Tulalip family is searching for a man they say saved their lives Sunday night after their car broke down on a dark stretch of Interstate 5 between Roosevelt and Northgate in North Seattle.
“No power whatsoever, completely dead,” Ferrante said. “We were just sitting ducks.”
