SEATTLE — Portland-founded Voodoo Doughnut announced an opening date for its first Seattle store Tuesday.
The company said the location at 1201 Pine Street in Capitol Hill will open Dec. 10 at 8 a.m., according to a post on social media. During the first day of business, 20% of sales from the day will go to FareStart, a nonprofit that provides opportunities to community members through food and job training and provides meals to Seattle-area schools.
