PropertyShark found that almost 80% of the most expensive ZIP codes were in California and New York.
BELLEVUE, Wash. — Washington state’s 10 most expensive ZIP codes all are congregated in the same county, a new report finds.
King County is home to each of the most expensive areas in the state, data from PropertyShark shows. The company said it used residential transaction data from January-September 2024 and required a minimum of five transactions to be considered in that time frame.
The top ZIP code in Washington is also among the top 15 most expensive in the country. 98039 in Medina tops PropertyShark’s list
