MLK60: Remembering Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
On Nov. 8, 1961, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. made his one and only visit to Seattle. This weekend, his eldest son, Martin Luther King, III, visits Seattle in recognition of the 60th anniversary. Hosted by Northwest African American Museum, MLK60 is three days of commemoration of that visit celebrating Dr. King’s service, leadership and legacy.
