Temperatures are expected to rise in the Seattle area Monday and to moderate throughout the week after snow blanketed the region over the weekend.
The National Weather Service (NWS) said in its Monday briefing temperatures should reach highs in the upper 30s and lower 40s. For the rest of the week, temperatures in the area will “continue to moderate” and highs are expected to reach into the 40s.
