KENT, Wash. — A 17-year-old has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting and killing a man who was driving in Kent in November.
Prince Mayamba, who was 16 at the time of the shooting, faces charges of murder in the first degree and unlawful possession of a firearm in the death of 21-year-old Khamal Blissitt. The victim was turning onto Military Road South just after he was shot and eventually crashed into power lines, where he was pronounced dead at the scene.
