Tacoma deputy police chief separates from department

Paul Junger was placed on administrative leave in October.

TACOMA, Wash. — Tacoma’s deputy police chief officially separated from the department Monday, according to an internal email sent to personnel. 

Paul Junger’s separation from the department follows an Equal Employment Opportunity investigation conducted by an external agency.

Details of the investigation have not been made public.
