Suspects vandalize Mercer Island school with ‘anti-Semitic and racist’ graffiti, police say

MERCER ISLAND, Wash. — The Mercer Island Police Department is actively investigating after what they’re calling “anti-Semitic and racist vandalism” was discovered at Islander Middle School. 

According to authorities, several suspects trespassed onto the school grounds on New Year’s Eve and defaced numerous windows and walls with hateful symbols and phrases.
