The man is being held in Thurston County Jail for homicide through a controlled substance.
OLYMPIA, Wash — A suspected Olympia drug dealer pleaded not guilty to charges related to the overdose death of a 16-year-old in December.
Son Nguyen appeared in court on Tuesday. He is charged with one count of a controlled substance homicide.
Detectives say Nguyen was well-known for dealing drugs to teens in Olympia. He mostly communicated with his customers via Snapchat.
