Suspect in deadly Seattle bus stabbing identified by police

Police said the public should not approach Sitzlack if spotted, as he is considered armed and dangerous.

SEATTLE — Seattle police shared images of the man believed to have stabbed and killed a King County Metro bus driver early Wednesday morning.

Richard Sitzlack, 53, is being sought by the Seattle Police Department (SPD) for the killing of Shawn Yim after an altercation on a bus near the University of Washington around 3 a.m. Wednesday.

The suspect is described as a 53-year-old white man with brown eyes and brown hair. He is 6 feet 5 inches tall and was last seen wearing a navy blue
