TACOMA, Wash. — A 12-year-old girl was injured Wednesday night during a car theft incident in Tacoma that led to a police chase.
The incident unfolded on K Street when a man jumped into a car as a mother and her daughter were exiting the vehicle. As the suspect sped away, he struck the young girl, leaving her unconscious and bleeding.
