BURIEN, Wash. — One of the two men arrested in the alleged kidnapping and attempted murder of a Burien woman was arraigned on his charges Thursday morning.

Alexander Moises Arnaez-Guttierrez, 25, is facing first-degree attempted murder with a firearm enhancement, first-degree kidnapping and first-degree robbery with a deadly weapon enhancement.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges on Thursday and remains in custody on a $1 million bond.
