ISSAQUAH, Wash. — Washington State Senator Bill Ramos unexpectedly passed away Saturday evening during a trail run.
Ramos’ wife, Sarah Perry, a King County councilmember, shared the news of his passing on social media and in a statement.
Perry said Ramos, 69, died “doing what he loved” while running on a trail near their home in Issaquah.
