RENTON, Wash. — A man charged with killing his mother inside her Renton apartment made a haunting video of her on his cellphone prior to the act, according to charging documents.
Sean Preston Lowe, 34, faces a first-degree murder charge in the death of his 62-year-old mother. Prosecutors said Lowe acted with “premeditated intent” and confessed to detectives that he killed her.
