'Sigh of relief': Local leaders strike hopeful tone as Biden, Harris sworn in as president, VP

Local leaders in Seattle and across Washington struck hopeful tones Wednesday as Joe Biden and Kamala Harris took their oaths of office to become the new president and vice president of the U.S.
