TACOMA, Wash. — Pierce County prosecutors charged a second teen Monday in connection with a mass shooting at a Spanaway house party in March.
Two people were killed in the shooting and four others were wounded.
The second suspect, 18-year-old Christopher Cobb, was arrested in Des Moines Thursday night and had his first court appearance Monday afternoon.
