Sushi By Scratch reopened last week after resolving a health department closure, although the owner said business has been slow.
SEATTLE — A popular Seattle sushi restaurant that closed last month due to permit violations has reopened.
Public Health – Seattle and King County approved Sushi By Scratch in the Denny Triangle neighborhood to reopen April 3. Chef and Owner Phillip Lee said the restaurant reopened the next day.
The restaurant previously closed March 12 after the health department issued a closure notice.
