SEATTLE — Seattle’s restaurants and bars are well-represented among the 2025 James Beard Award semifinalists announced on Wednesday morning.
The James Beard Awards annually recognize the nation’s top restaurants, chefs and bakers. They are presented by The James Beard Foundation (JBF), which is a nonprofit “dedicated to leading chefs and the broader culinary industry towards a new standard of excellence.”
The following Seattle restaurants and culinary professionals were among the semifinalists for 2025, including some who have been recognized in previous years by the JBF.
