Seattle Police Chief Shon Barnes declared Capri Bar a “chronic nuisance” due to recent criminal activities.
SEATTLE — Seattle Police Chief Shon Barnes declared Capri Bar and Restaurant in south Seattle a “chronic nuisance property” after a string of reported criminal activity in the past 60 days.
Barnes sent the owner of the business, and two property owners, a notice of the declaration. They must respond to the city to discuss a course of corrective action within seven days.
Those named in the declaration face a penalty of up to $500 per day until Barnes confirms the property is no longer considered a chronic
