SEATTLE — A Seattle Municipal Court judge has ruled that a trespassing case against six protesters arrested during a council meeting can proceed.
Judge Catherine McDowall denied a defense motion Monday to dismiss the case.
The protesters were arrested Feb. 27 after disrupting council proceedings and refusing to leave.
