Seattle’s Filipino community holds vigils to mourn a tragic SUV attack at Vancouver’s Filipino festival, where 11 were killed and more were injured.

VANCOUVER, BC — Filipino community groups in Seattle are organizing vigils to help the community mourn after 11 people were killed and several others were injured over weekend when an SUV plowed through a street festival in Vancouver B.C.

“We were just really happy to be there in community with our Vancouver kababayans,” said Bennyroyce Royon.
