SEATTLE — King County Metro is warning public transit riders in downtown Seattle to prepare for bus delays and cancellations Friday as it hosts a procession and memorial to honor a driver who was killed in the line of duty last month.
A procession beginning in SODO and going through the heart of downtown Seattle will begin at 10 a.m. The procession will end at the Lumen Field Events Center, and a memorial for Shawn Yim will be held inside WAMU Theater beginning at 11 a.m.
