Seattle eatery among Esquire’s ‘Best New Restaurants in America’ list

The Rosette Cookie with farmer’s cheese and Walla Walla onion jam is among the restaurant’s most highly-touted dishes.

SEATTLE — One of the country’s best new restaurants is in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood, according to a popular American magazine.

Atoma was among the 35 new restaurants highlighted in Esquire’s “Best New Restaurants in America 2024” that was published Tuesday. While the vast majority of the listed restaurants were in California or New York, Atoma was the lone Pacific Northwest spot mentioned.
