The early results for the Aug. 3 primary election are in, and Seattle voters finally have a better idea of who will be moving forward to the Nov. 3 general election.
Early turnout remained low — although that is not entirely unusual for a primary election — with ballot return statistics from King County Elections showing that 27.87% ballots were returned in Seattle.
While the early results provide a good indicator of who is likely to advance to the general election, the races will not be called tonight and last-minute and mail-in votes counted in the upcoming days will change the results posted tonight. King County Elections estimated that tonight’s
