The Grays Harbor County 5-year-old was reported missing on Dec. 6, 2021, but was last seen alive in February that year, detectives say.
GRAYS HARBOR COUNTY, Wash. — Three years after Oakley Carlson was reported missing, police and her former foster mother refuse give up hope the case will be solved.
“I have to fight for her because I don’t know who else is going to,” said foster mother Jamie Jo Hiles.
