RENTON, Wash — A lot of quality football players got a tough phone call on Tuesday, as National Football League (NFL) teams had to trim rosters down from 90 to 53 to set initial rosters as training camps wrap up.
The Seahawks didn’t deliver many surprises with its first 53-man roster, though there still could be some roster movement before Seattle’s season opener against the Denver Broncos on Sept. 8. While this is the initial roster, there almost certainly will be plenty of movement
