Salt and Straw is already planning to open a new location in the Queen Anne neighborhood this summer.
SEATTLE — After pulling back on its application earlier this month, Salt and Straw is going forward with a new location directly across from Pike Place Market.
Permit requests were submitted and subsequently withdrawn in early April, but an announcement Thursday morning said the Portland-based company plans to open an ice cream shop at 102 Pike Street after all. The release announced a new Salt and Straw location coming to Redmond.
