SEATTLE — Over eight months after a fire forced it to close, a Seattle brewery has found a new home for its operations.
Rooftop Brewing will take over at Maritime Pacific’s Ballard brewhouse in early April. The Jolly Roger Taproom will serve Maritime Pacific and Rooftop beers.
