Neighbors at Oak Harbor’s Parkwood Manor Mobile Home Park are reporting skin irritation and hair loss due to water issues.
OAK HARBOR, Wash. — On Monday, Denise Muller ran down the list of issues she has had over the past few months.
“I’ve lost my hair. I’ve lost skin. I’ve lost so much weight,” she said. “I look like a leper. It’s ridiculous.”
Muller’s skin is red and splotchy. Her hair is falling out.
She traces her troubles back to one source.
“The common denominator is the water,” Muller said.
