In a 2019 survey, national housing experts found that more than half of homebuyers with children under 18 cited a nearby school as an influencing factor in where they chose to buy. If that’s true, Washington parents on the market for a new home may want to look to Seattle.
That’s because the top five best public and private high schools in Washington are all located in the Seattle metro area, according to a new report from Niche, a company that grades K-12 schools, colleges and universities.
