Seattle metro area is the fastest-growing tech market in the nation, according to a new analysis by the CBRE real estate firm.
The analysis shows that Seattle added more than 48,000 tech jobs from 2016 to 2020, an increase of 35.4%. That brings the total number of tech employees in the region to 184,660, making it seventh largest tech market in the U.S. The San Francisco Bay Area holds the top spot, with 373,430 tech employees.
