The light rail 1 Line trains are operating on one track between the University of Washington and Northgate stations.
SEATTLE — Passengers taking Sound Transit Link light rail between Lynnwood and Seattle may face delays Saturday due to a “rail issue” on the 1 Line, Sound Transit announced on its website.
Due to this, all 1 Line trains are sharing one track from the University of Washington Station to Northgate Station.
A rail issue in the northbound tunnel between Roosevelt Station and Northgate was found and cannot be fixed until daily service is done, according to David Jackson, public information officer for Sound Transit.
