SEATTLE — A popular California-based fried-chicken chain has announced it will open over a dozen locations in the Seattle area and several others in Spokane as it continues its expansion out of the Golden State.
Starbird Chicken, known for not using antibiotics and using “fresh, never frozen chicken,” plans to open 15 restaurants in the Seattle area and two in Spokane, per an announcement earlier this week. No specific locations or dates were included, but the release indicates the company hopes to have its first locations open in 2025.
