TACOMA, Wash. — The Tacoma Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that happened near Interstate 5 Monday night.
According to TPD, officers found a man with gunshot wounds on East 28th Street just before 8 p.m. First responders attempted life-saving measures, but the man died before he could be taken to a local hospital.
Washington State Patrol and Puyallup Tribal Police responded to the scene as well.
