SEATTLE — A California man was sentenced to 15 years in prison Monday in U.S. District Court in Seattle for sex trafficking, according to acting U.S. Attorney Teal Luthy Miller.
Winston Cornell Burt, 32, was arrested Nov. 6, 2022, after authorities said he assaulted a 20-year-old woman and started a “rolling gun battle” while the victim fled in a van driven by a man who picked her up from the middle of Aurora Avenue in north Seattle.
