Pedestrian struck by bus on I-5 north in Seattle

The woman was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Her condition is unknown.

SEATTLE — One woman was injured after getting hit by a King County Metro bus on Interstate 5 Sunday night. 

The crash took place just south of the North 130th Street exit in Seattle at around 10 p.m. 

The bus was headed northbound on I-5 when the woman walked out into the roadway. The bus, which was traveling in the right lane, attempted to move over to avoid hitting the woman, however there was a car in the other lane. The woman was struck by the bus, and the bus
