SEATTLE — Two passengers aboard a plane that collided with another on the tarmac at SEA Airport last month filed a lawsuit against the involved airlines.
A Seattle woman and her husband are suing Delta Air Lines and Japan Airlines (JAL) after a Feb. 5 collision at the airport. The couple said they, along with their two young children, were injured in the collision while aboard the Delta flight that was bound for Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Neither airline reported injuries on either plane on the day of the collision. The lawsuit, filed in Seattle
