FAIRVIEW, Oregon — The partner of one of the people killed when a small plane crashed into a row of townhomes in Fairview has filed a wrongful death lawsuit, blaming the plane’s owner, maintenance company and pilots.
During a maintenance test flight, the Cessna 421C took off from the Troutdale Airport last August, struck a set of power lines and crashed into 75-year-old Barbara McDonald’s home.
