Parents demand action after Washington student allegedly makes ‘hit list,’ brings weapon to school

A fifth-grade boy is accused of putting classmates on a “hit list” and threatening to shoot them.

SNOHOMISH, Wash. — After threats of gun violence at his student’s elementary school, a Snohomish father says he is afraid to send his child to school. More than scared, he is also angry. 

“I’m angry that one student could be allowed to disrupt and impact the learning of everyone in the classroom, and nothing is being done about it,” said the father, who agreed to speak with KING 5 under the condition of anonymity because he fears for his child’s safety.
