TACOMA, Wash. — Families in Tacoma will soon have their very own standalone children’s hospital. Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital is now halfway through construction on their new campus.
Mary Bridge started construction on their new hospital in spring of 2023. Construction was originally supposed to start in 2021, but was delayed. The new hospital is now set to be completed in late 2025 and open to patients in early 2026.
The total cost of the Tacoma project is $415 million.
